Broken "Group management" view in Safari 14.1.1

I see the same thing on that same version of Safari (and on 14.1.2), but not on an older version (12.1.2). Using 14.1.x Safari, I also see this using the beta and dev versions of Pi-hole.

What is the web inspector showing for that element? Right click the green box and select Inspect Element.
