A user had a [question on stackoverflow](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47150378/vue-typeahead-says-you-need-to-provide-a-http-client/47150676) about how to wire up axios so that vue-typeahead could find it. Having this in the docs somewhere would be helpful for other future users who might not think to investigate the demo folder.
