Description
I like the hide markdown feature as it makes Joplins Markdown feel similar to what Overleaf feels to LaTeX.
I think while the Rich Markdown plugin is like the Code Editor in Overleaf which only highlights markdown syntax, I think this plugin could become similar to the Visual Editor in Overleaf.
The Visual Editor in Overleaf even hides elements on the current (active) line when the cursor and selection range is not touching the token.
This is really nice as there is less content shift when changing lines and elements are only shown as markdown when directly edited.
I'd really appreciate if there was an option to have a similar behavior in Joplin. What do you think?
