sam: no output from ! command (with samterm)

This issue was fixed when invoking -d flag 9fans/go#54. However when launching sam in samterm there is no output from ! command.

That's a good find. Maybe you should report that upstream though, there is a bigger audience in 9fans/go and maybe they know how to fix it faster/better.

I can sure try to fix it but I've never looked into sam's codebase so it will take some time.
