feat(richtext-lexical): add align support to upload nodes

[GermanJablo]

DecoratorBlock already had a __format property. The format in which it was stored in Lexical was inconsistent with that of ElementNode, and the FORMAT_ELEMENT_COMMAND command was simply ignoring it.

I fixed the problem with a Lexical plugin within AlignFeature.
