WIP: Assorted other solver speedups

PR Summary

- Explicit initial zero `u` in multigrid 
- Allow changing RHS container to minimize copies
- Limit container movement during Jacobi iteration
- Allow for specifying we are using a constant prolongation to reduce number of communications
