I don't see a point in keeping this PR open because the current plans of https://github.com/paritytech/release-engineering/issues/145 can work without it. Anyways, the failure from https://gitlab.parity.io/parity/mirrors/substrate/-/jobs/2151429 should be fixed by #12950. This will be relevant should this work be continued at some point. |
