BEEFY: remove old/fallback network gossip protocol name #14201
Description
BEEFY client is using /paritytech/beefy/1 as fallback network gossip protocol name. Remove it since it's no longer useful, and can also lead to "crosstalk" between BEEFY clients running on different chains.
