The logline in question doesn't indeed present any interest for a node operator (I mean, there is not much he can do about that warning), but in a heavy transaction load situation, when each of 5000 transactions in txpool produces a warning, it's really annoying. Still, it's useful for a developer, so I propose to log it at the
debuglevel.
