We have the ecosystem test. Tests should be put there. Also they provide a lot of infrastructure, setup code etc. |

Created an initial version of chopstick tests structure with the corresponding folders and READMEs.
Added an example of chopsticks tests for Trusted Query API - PR6212
I went through my instructions in a new workspace and made sure that they work
The purpose of the folder is to serve as a reference documentation and a central place for all the tests with chopsticks.
Eventually these tests will be integrated into CI/CD pipeline and will be run as a part of the release process.
