No ability to delete categories #140
Description
Summary
There's no obvious way to delete a category once created.
Expected Outcome
There should be an option on the category page to delete unneeded categories.
In case there is content in the category, the user could be prompted for what to move (uncategorized or use a different category), or they could simply be moved to uncategorized.
