When the user mouses over a node on the map, node information pops up. When the mouse leaves the node the pop up is closed. The pop up will also close after 3 seconds.
This complements the new traceroute edge display feature. With the traceroute edges shown the user naturally wants to know the name of the node(s) the selected node is connected to. Previously the user had to click on a node to see the name and that would cause the edge display to switch to having this new node in the center. That functionality still works, this new feature just makes it easier to roam the map and see the names of the other nodes.
