We recently came across https://github.com/better-auth/better-auth/blob/canary/SECURITY.md and liked it for its simplicity. How about just copying that and adjusting it minimally with an email address of ours?

@sschuberth the file looks simple and easy to understand, I would like to add this in the ORT documentation page as a beginner steps in contributing to ORT.

Thanks for the offer @mtejaveluri, but since this is a governance topic, I think it's better if @oss-review-toolkit/tsc does this. I'm still awaiting feedback from the TSC here...
