Maxspeed at highway=trunk in Czechia is 110 ("Discordant 110 and CZ:trunk" - pull request included) #2637
Description
The analyzer mistakenly marks highway=trunk + maxspeed=110 as discordant with CZ:trunk.
This is incorrect OTG, and OSM wiki also contains the correct values (maximum 110, minimum 80; there are vehicle class exceptions, but those are marginal).
