Add more examples to command documentation

Since we don't have a ton of commands yet, we don't have many meaningful examples to include in the documentation. Once we have more commands, we should add examples to:

- The Quick Start section in `README.rst`
- `docs/user_guide.rst`
- `docs/commands.rst`
- `drgn.commands.run_command()`
