"Ready for pay out" for more than half year

I have received some sponsorship since October 2022, but the payout is in stuck and still shown as "ready for payout".

As I started filling in the tax return, I want to get it proceed and started to search for information on the Internet. Seems I actually have a similar issue as #54961.

May someone help to sort this out?

@slincoln75 can you also help me out, my sponsors payout is now suddenly showing manual, early it was on automatic and paid every 22nd of each month. Please fix my payout issue asap.
