[Bug] New repository deletion dialog does not appear for pull request delete link

Recently the dialog for deleting a repository changed. Apparently that broke the link shown under a closed pull request which says:

If you wish, you can delete this fork of repo in the settings.

The link there leads to https://github.com/<user>/<repo>/settings?confirm_delete=yes. In the past that directly opened the dialog for deleting the repository. That is not the case anymore.

Possibly "resolved", it seems this deletion link is not shown anymore.
