Hi, I first applied the Github Student Developer Pack, and receive this email:

I have already added the required information in my github account. However, when I try to reapply this package again. I only see 'bad' icon but not any meaningful message. Does anyone face the same issue?

Did you include a photo proof of your education when you reapplied?
If not, make sure to add it — you need to take a new photo each time you reapply.
Also, I recommend signing out and back in before reapplying to GitHub Education, since sometimes a login issue can cause repeated rejections after the first try.

Yes, I did include my student card when submit. Today I try reapplying again and I receive this message:

Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688, #175904

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Hey @hiendat04, that's because there's an ongoing issue with the Education Benefits application system.

This issue is often either user-side (session/doc problem) or GitHub-side (outage, system error). By trying multiple devices/browsers and always uploading new docs, you rule out the most common problems. If the issue remains, it's best to wait while GitHub resolves any ongoing backend issues—you are not alone in this problem and others are affected too, as current discussion threads confirm.
