Github Education benefits not received

Hi everyone,

Hi. It's been more than 2 weeks since my request for GitHub student developer pack got approved. I am yet to receive any benefits. Billing section in my profile page shows "Apply for education benefits". But during the final submission it says "you already have a pending application. We will get back to you". According to this https://education.github.com/pack, my request was approved. I searched for similar issues in the discussion page but couldn't find any steps that can be taken from my side to resolve this. It seems like my application is stuck. How to resolve this?

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

You'll get a PRO badge on your profile once benefits become available:

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

Hi. It's been 5 days since I posted the issue. The main problem is that I cannot see my 'existing' application. education.github.com says my request is approved and benefits are underway. But my home page and billing section both ask for new application which I am unable submit. I have attached images of the issue. My friend who applied for renewal later got his application accepted within a week. It's been more than 3 weeks since I first applied for renewal.

The issue was resolved by submitting a support ticket to GitHub Support. Within just four hours of submitting the ticket, the problem was successfully addressed.
