Problem to ingress into the Student Program

Hi everyone,

Hello. I lost mu 2FA from my account that i was ingressed on the program and now i created a new account but when i apply it says that the email is aready with a student program active on my old account that i cannot access and i unlinked my email. Please, cancel this from my old account or transfer to my new. I have all documentation required to be part of the Program.

Well then try contacting Github Support via Email and there is nothing else you can try.

Hi @luizcireno-crypto,

I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and ask them to revoke your student benefits from your old account so you'll be able to re-apply with the new one.

i will do that. I am the student. Not a ghost account cannot revoke my benefits. I could be learning and the data and info is lot into a account with no owner anymore..
