According to the doc it says the Private vulnerability reporting is under repo -> settings -> security -> advance security
but when I searched for it didn't find.

Can you help me with it.

Have you checked if your repository is public? In my case, the option doesn’t show up for private repositories either, but it does appear for my public ones. From what I’ve seen, the feature seems to be available only for public repositories.
