Hello guys, anyone know about how is that premium models requests are renew? last month requests are finished in today but it does not renew(this is new month 1st day). it shows this will renew at October 1st. why is that? this renew in every two months?

Do you think there is support? Because the truth is, support doesn't exist and they send you here, I don't know, to what?

Premium requests should reset on the first day of each month, as indicated in this official post about the new GitHub Copilot consumptive billing experience: #163114

Monthly Allowances: These reset on the 1st of each month.

This is also stated in the docs

If you use Copilot Free, your plan comes with up to 2,000 code completion requests and up to 50 premium requests per month. All chat interactions count as premium requests.

If you're on a paid plan, you get unlimited code completions and unlimited chat interactions using the included models (GPT-4.1 and GPT-4o. Rate limiting is in place to accommodate for high demand. See Rate limits for GitHub Copilot.

Unused requests for the previous month do not carry over to the following month.

Therefore, if your quota is not reset on September 1st, contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

The requests don’t reset on the 1st of every calendar month. They reset based on your billing cycle date. So if your subscription renews on, say, the 1st of October, that’s when your request limit will refresh. It’s not every two months — it just depends on when your billing started.

i am student of the university. so pro version is for free. i does not pay. so it should renew without consider billing right?
