Can't get approved student developer pack

Hi everyone,

I tried multiple times and have been getting these errors.
Reason(s):

1. Please complete your GitHub billing information with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. You do not have to add a payment method. You may need to log out and log back in to GitHub before reapplying. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields.

2. Try applying again after making more contributions to the GitHub Classroom assignment(s) created by your teacher.

3. my billing information full name is exactly the same as my academic affiliation document.

4. I have 19 repositories in my profile and a lot of them are completed assignments by my lecturer.
