For models paid usage, here the doc (https://docs.github.com/en/billing/managing-billing-for-your-products/about-billing-for-github-models#available-models) shows "available models" about how to calculate the cost.

But how about the models out of that list? (e.g., cohere ones and mistral ones)
Does that mean those models are not available for paid usage? Or they just use a default multiplier value?
