Hello dear, I think in you case the first thing you need to do is to contact Github Support. Since you can’t reset the password, I guess your only option is to submit a support request: Go to GitHub’s Support Request Form. Select Account Recovery → "I lost access to my two-factor authentication credentials or recovery codes" etc.. Fill in: The username/organization name of the GitHub account. Any old emails associated with the account (even expired ones). Proof of ownership, such as: Previous invoices (if GitHub Pro/Team was paid for). Repository names/descriptions only your team would know. Screenshots of past commits (from local Git history). Domain registration records (if the expired email was @yourcompany.com). Hope it would help! |

Hi @VIBEPORTFOLIO, This community is managed by GitHub employees, but it is not a support forum. The only place to go for answers to account-specific questions like this one is opening a ticket on our Support page. This is a public forum, and the community is unable to assist with nor escalate your ticket, but we can assure you it is in the right place. It will be answered in the order it was received based on our team's resources and the amount of tickets ahead of yours. As no other Community Discussions team members will be able to provide additional help with account related questions I am going to close this discussion. We appreciate your understanding! |
