| Select Topic AreaBug BodyHi GitHub Team, I opened a support ticket regarding my GitHub Sponsors payment, but the response has been very slow. For comparison, Stripe support responded to my inquiry within 2 minutes — their support is much more responsive. Here’s what’s happening: My GitHub Sponsors dashboard originally showed that funds would be available starting early March. However, the date has now shifted to April 22nd, with no explanation. My 60-day probation period has already been completed, so there shouldn’t be any hold or delay. The funds are clearly displayed in the dashboard, but nothing has been deposited into my bank account. The Stripe Express dashboard also shows no updates or expected payout date. Can someone please clarify what's going on? Why is the payout being delayed with no communication or status update? I’d appreciate some transparency and assistance here. Thanks, |
