| Select Topic AreaQuestion BodyHi everyone, I've tried to donate my friend but I got this "We had a problem billing your account, and your sponsorship has been cancelled. Please check your [billing settings] to update your billing information. After your billing information is updated, you‘ll need to recreate your sponsorship." Even though I have enough money in my bank account, my card is still good (I tried other platform for payment). I even tried $1 donation and it still cannot go through, anyone have this problem? Thanks |
