Searching code files on GitHub.com by languages added in at least the last few Linguist versions all prompts this "Unknown language" error:

• Searching repositories by the languages either shows only a very small subset of repos that actually exist, or prompts "Your search did not match any repositories"
• Issue created in go-entry: [Question/Bug] Unknown language when searching by language on GitHub.com go-enry/go-enry#191 (closed as it requires reproducible source code from GitHub.com for proper analysis / debugging)

Possibly due to GitHub Search's internal library using a (months) outdated version of Linguist: github-linguist/linguist#7033 (comment)

Looks like GitHub Search has caught up-to-date. The example search links in the original post are now returning proper results.
