I encountered an error while creating company data in ODOO 16

I encountered an error message while creating company data. I am not sure how to troubleshoot this issue. I need some advice. I am trying to find some information.

1.'hr_timesheet.internal_project_default_stage' not found in ir.model.data."
2.'hr_timesheet' is installed.

This is the important part of the message. Try reinstalling hr_timesheet, so it recreates its missing data.

I have installed some modules, such as "project_task_stage_allow_timesheet" and "ale_timesheet_task_exclude." I've also created some data in them. Since removing and reinstalling the modules would result in data loss, how can I ensure that my data is preserved after reinstalling them?

Additionally, I had an existing 'Company' in the system, and the error occurred when I attempted to add a new one. While in use, I also created some custom fields in other modules. When trying to remove 'hr_timesheet,' it encountered dependency issues, as many modules like 'project' and 'hr_timesheet' need to be removed.
