Support for puppetlabs/apt 2.x

Are there any plans on getting the puppet-opsmatic module updated for puppetlabs/apt 2.x? We're currently using the last 1.x apt module (1.8.0) which throws this warning, on Ubuntu 12.04:

Warning: /Apt_key[Add key: D59097AB from Apt::Source opsmatic_debian_repo]: The id should be a full fingerprint (40 characters), see README.

I'll gladly push a PR for this.

@atrepca the change would basically be to just use the full key ID instead of the prefix? I can't see any downside to that, we would welcome such a PR (unless there IS a downside 😉 )

Sorry, clarifying a bit: are you proposing switching to the apt2.x module, or just adding the full ID? @evanjones gave the 2.x module a try and backed off at the time because it appeared to be very much not backwards compatible.

It's not backwards compatible, yeah. Besides the 40 digit fingerprint there are some other syntax changes: there's a key hash now where the old key becomes id, key_content becomes content, also include_src becomes include => { 'src' => <bool> } and so on. The full list is in the changelog. Using the 40 digit id would make version 1.8.0 good but for 2.0.0 a few other changes are needed, I can take a stab at it.
