[Fully Automated Voiceovers] Formatting issues in the Update Translations and Voiceovers modal

When we make changes to any state card in an exploration, and hit "Save Changes", the modal that appears (see image below), has a formatting issue. Specifically, there is one bullet point missing to the left of "Mark as Stale"

In the Note section, can we add a space between the ":" and "The". It should read as "Note: The updates will only be applied when these changes are saved."

Can we change the text in the "Remove Existing Translations/Voiceovers" button to "Remove existing translations/voiceovers" to match all the other buttons.
