What happened?

bug introduced in : #1614 @libergod @gilfernandes234

I'm having trouble resizing the client if the mouse cursor isn't displaying the correct image

currently:

When the widget is visible, the mouse interprets the cursor as being in “walkcursor” mode

What OS are you seeing the problem on?

First: it's just an adjustment of the hot-spot, because the PNG changed. (data/cursors/cursors.otml)

Second: I had already noticed it even before making the PR.
