[Bug] Checking for updates while having 100+ scripts causing update to fail.

Bug Description

When the "Only enabled styles" setting is turned OFF, trying to check for updates with over 100 scripts (from userstyle.world) causes the manual update to fail and shows a 503 error. Interestingly, only the top 20 or so scripts have this issue, while the rest update just fine.

It looks like the problem arises when too many requests hit userstyle.world too quickly, causing the server to reject them.

It probably just needs to have the requests spread out over a longer period or batched.

Took a little while to wait for them all to update, but worked perfectly!

Yeah, the delay for same-site request is 1 second. For 100 scripts that'd be quite a lot, but normally the mass update should only run on schedule.

The fix didn't make it into the next published version though, so you may want to keep using the unpacked extension for now.
