1.5.37: styles not loading in Chrome startup tab

Bug Description

After auto updated to 1.5.37, userstyles will not auto load on https://web.whatsapp.com/
Unless manually ticking the style off and on again from the menu.
Even with the option "Patch CSP to allow style asssets".
Before the update, userstyles will auto load.

System Information

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser: Chrome 118
• Stylus Version: 1.5.37

I don't have this app, so I can only test https://web.whatsapp.com/ and a random style I tried works without problems.

Try setting "https://web.whatsapp.com/" as home page, close the browser completely, and relaunch
Stylus will greyout but dropdown still shows style activated, once unticking and reticking back the style manually, it then only will apply.

Noted: after the style have been reactivated, closing the tab and reopening the tab will not trigger the bug.

Specifically what do you observe and what is your version of Stylus?

Same thing as the above mentioned problem, startup, styles won't load, needed manually enable.
Only observe in "https://web.whatsapp.com/" so far.
