baremetal: Support alternate subnets for provisioning network #2091
Description
#2079 has some hard-coded references to the 172.22.0.0/24 subnet, with only partial support for modifying the IPs associated with this.
That's probably OK for initial experimental support, but raising this to track properly parametrizing and templating all references to that subnet, so it can be changed in the event it conflicts with some existing end-user routable subnet.
