It's far easier to use a clouds.yaml file, so let's add one instead of setting the endpoint URL directly. This allows openstack commands that talk to ironic and ironic-inspector to both work with the same configuration. Signed-off-by: Doug Hellmann <[email protected]>

You're not creating a metal3 cloud, are you? It's called metal3-test.
