inline the reference to https://geojson.org/schema/FeatureCollection.json in the template since we use it directly
reuses the single geography schema/definition
following the same layout as other spec generators
this seemed to be an example/sketch, and wasn't linked to from anywhere else

Explain pull request
In #499, the Geography definition that was previously embedded in the Policy spec was lifted into the top-level Geography spec.
This PR brings that spec into the schema generation fold, using our standard generator layout, templates, etc.
