@schnuerle i just found out our URL has changed to https://austintexas.gov/department/shared-mobility-services. You mind updating this and making it an anchor tag? e.g.,

Updated the list of cities that are using MDS in the main readme, including sorting list, formatting, adding cities, and fixing broken links. Also added a list of remaining cities from a NACTO document.
I'd like to get more cities on there for the 1.0.0 release, especially all of the relevant OMF member cities. If anyone has additions or corrections let me know here and I will update.
