not so easy ..

As I see

• the docker image : openmaptiles/import-osm:0.2 is broken,

  • missing my old exclude_tags patch osm2vectortiles/imposm3@f1401d1

• and with the https://github.com/osm2vectortiles/imposm3 is the same problem ...

the openmaptiles/import-osm:0.1 is ok ..

  • the old exclude_tags patch is missing ( osm2vectortiles/imposm3@f1401d1 )
• the openmaptiles/import-osm:0.1 is OK ...
