[BBB] Marsha attendance feature is no longer working

Problematic Behavior
The attendance feature in Marsha is no longer working. Participants are not being registered correctly when a classroom is closed.

Expected behavior/code
Participants should be automatically registered when the virtual class is closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch a classroom
2. Enter the room as a regular user (non-moderator)
3. End the classroom
4. Observe that participants are not registered

Possible Solution
According to Manu, this issue might be related to the upgrade of BBB (to version 2.7.x). A fix could not be implemented before his departure.

Potential breaking changes in BBB 2.7:

• learningDashboardEnabled: [DEPRECATED] Removed in 2.5 (transition to disabledFeatures)
• learningDashboardCleanupDelayInMinutes: Default 2 minutes before Learning Dashboard becomes unavailable after meeting ends
