securitySchemes/OAuthFlow/tokenUrl requires a full URL #130

Describe the bug
It's unclear from the spec whether this is technically allowed or not, but common OpenAPI implementations (namely FastAPI) use a relative path for tokenUrl instead of a fully qualified URL. So this generator should allow that instead of failing.
