Inconsistent values used for `rpc.system` by aws-sdk spans

What happened?

Description

AWS SDK spans tell the value to use for rpc.system is aws-api (see here)

rpc.system does not contain this value (see here).

Even worse the generated md file holds a table for the well known rpc.system values which adds more confusion.

Consistent specification which values to use for rpc.system in case of AWS SDK.

We should probably:

• remove rpc.system from AWS conventions
• maybe change rpc.method to code.function.name ? - rename some code attributes #1624 (comment). An alternative could be just to keep it in the span name or in the future generic operation.name
• not sure where we should stick the service name to, in Azure SDK we have a dedicated field for it - https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/blob/main/docs/attributes-registry/azure.md#az-namespace, maybe we should do something similar in AWS. Not sure if we need/can have a generic attribute for it.
