Ran ./scripts/double-check-refcache-4XX.mjs --retry-404 locally: processed 6004 URLs and updated 6 entries — five npmjs.com 403s and one 429 recovered to 200. Two hard failures remained, both fixed at the source in b18321f:

• https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-demo/blob/main/src/llm/ (404) — the mock LLM service was removed from the demo in [cleanup] Remove LLM service opentelemetry-demo#3599, so the llm entry was dropped from the "Other Components" list on the demo telemetry-features page (en, plus es/zh with # patched on default_lang_commit).
• https://observiq.com/blog/what-are-connectors-in-opentelemetry/ (DNS failure) — observIQ rebranded to Bindplane and the old domain no longer resolves. Replaced with https://bindplane.com/blog/what-are-connectors-in-opentelemetry (verified 200) on the custom connector page (en, plus ja with # patched).

After the refresh, the now-unreferenced observiq.com entry remained in the cache with StatusCode -20 (prune only drops 4XX entries), so it was removed in c5e0ef4. The cache is now clean: 6003 URLs, all 200/206.
