Wrong thumbnail scale on high image resolution #144
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Remove USEWIC
2. Run ImageListViewDemo
3. Select some folder that contains images with resolution not equal 96.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Thumbnail image should fill all the thumbnail space. Instead, thumbnail image
smaller than thumbnail size with high resolution and thumbnail image bigger
than thumbnail size with low resolution.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10.4. Windows 7 64bits.
Please provide any additional information below.
Using WIC works as expected.
