Documentation

• Through collaboration between @​fabianlim (lead contribuitor), @​stas00, @​pacman100, and @​muellerzr we have a new concept guide out for FSDP and DeepSpeed explicitly detailing how each interop and explaining fully and clearly how each of those work.
