Adding better latin spanish translations

Problem

In Latin America the following terms are usually used:

  • Documento, instead of ID card, leads to confusion with credit cards
  • Frente instead of anverso
  • Dorso instead of reverso

Solution

Changed translations in the es_419.json file from Latin American Spanish
