A fair amount of comments but I guess my question is how much around INAV 7 needs to be there? Is the expectation that INAV 7 will be in use for a long time?

Made all the changes as requested beside 2 smaller additions.
INAV 7 will probably be around as a proven stable version until we are a few patches and/or a few months in INAV 8.x
So at least for the next 4-6 months we will have plenty of pilots not updating. Even today we have a lot still flying 6.x versions.

btw: I think I will not add a config example for INAV 7. If someone wants to set up CRSF for RC, that user should just refer to the INAV Documentation for normal CRSF receiver.
