slow refresh rate on st7735 using esp32

have a problem on st7735 display using in esp32
a slow refresh rate of that display whenever I want to switch functions that took too much time on that display
I didn't get identified the problem yet, So I need to solve the problem
if anyone has a suggestion that will be helpful

I have already tested after changes on SPI frequency and also try to add spi begin transaction function on my main program
and also commented all the delay
