Check PocketBook Compatibility

If anyone has a PocketBook, I'd be curious if this plugin works properly. Or some help to check if we can fix it, in case it doesn't work OOTB.

Hi, Oleasteo.

Here's the help wanted. Plugin works flawlessy following steps in PocketBook InkPad Color 3:

• Last U743k3.6.10.2854 ( 1-5-2026 WW)
• KOReader v2025.10
• Enabled PIN of stock firmware too (¿protect USB?)
• No WiFi/airplane mode.
• Important! Use always "lock" option under "burger"->Exit->Lock of UI's KOReader and avoid suspend from long pressing key.

Caution: If you block and suspend by UI of KOReader, press home botton (more left of 4) in PIN display by oleasteo .. can enter in default firmware and access all books! Any way block?

Unfortunately, to my knowledge, the home button event cannot be blocked. KOReader (and its plugins) cannot do anything to prevent hiding the KOReader application.

I assume the KOReader app is always hidden on Home button press, regardless of any KOReader state, right? E.g., reader view vs. file manager vs. settings menu open, etc.

Yes oleasteo, you're right. On home button press, always go to initial's state or default frontpage of stock firmware (library). Always, regardless of any KOReader state.
