Adds the initial version of the Helm chart used to deploy the Querido Diario API in Kubernetes cluster. The helm chart will deploy the application pods, service to access it, configmap to define environment variables and the ingress configuration to allow external access to the API.
Adds an simple script to be used when a new version of the app should be released. It will create a version tag on git and update the helm chart to point to the version.
